When are payments processed?
Every 30 days from your signup date — not on the 1st of the month.
What is my Beauty Bank Wallet?
Your Wallet holds your monthly membership funds until they’re used toward treatments. Unused funds roll forward each month while active.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Written notice is required. No termination fee. If services exceed your Wallet balance, you’ll simply pay the difference. Remaining funds are left on your account.
Can I upgrade or change tiers?
Anytime. The new plan takes effect on your next billing date.
What if my payment fails?
Square will notify you. A $25 late fee may apply if unresolved within seven days; services may be paused until the account is current.
No-show and late cancellation policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely incur a $50 fee deducted from your Wallet.
